We provide free inspections and consultations. During our inspecting process, we will take and provide pictures to homeowners so they know what everything looks like on their roofs. Whether or not your roof needs to be replaced/repaired, we will let you know. We do not trick our customers into hiring us to replace/repair for them, if you don't like us, you can still hire another contractor and don't have to pay us anything.
We always advice our customers to let us talk with their insurance from start to finish in order to get the best deals they deserve. We do not sign any contracts with our customers until they agree to let us work on their roofs, in case the insurance refuses to cover your roof, we do not charge anything.
We stand by our work, so if there are any leaks in the new roof, we cover the repair cost to the roof and any damage caused by the leak for up to 10 years.
